This Site contains a large number of trademarks owned by the Pâtisserie E Ladurée companies and Ladurée International SA and which they, their subsidiaries and partners use throughout the world in order to differentiate, under this eponymous brand, its quality products and services. These trademark rights confer on Pâtisserie E Ladurée and Ladurée International SA an exclusive right enabling them to oppose the reproduction of the said trademarks without their express written authorisation.
All the content, layout and design present on the Site, whatever their nature, text, image, photograph, logo, trademarks, etc., are protected by intellectual property rights of which Ladurée is the owner or beneficiary of a user licence.
